Comments : For three months, I will be working on a Ph.D. grant at the University of Antwerp, Belgium where the main language is Dutch (or rather, as THEY insist, Flamish). Although one can get along with English (and, to me somewhat surprising, even German), especially within the university, I just find it natural to also learn the "natural" language.
