Comments : Well since coming here in 1996.. Not sure of my actual level is but I communicate with others and also live here in my own right (although an American expat). I can do everthing that a native can do alone ie. shopping, appointments, public travel. I have children now and one is in Dutch schools. Always a problem for me though is hearing what is being said. Sounds like.. Eh??
