Comments : My boyfriend it Dutch and his parents don't speak much English. I lived with him in the Hague for six months, and I am planning on moving to the Netherlands permanently in June 2000 after I finish school. I also need to take a Dutch proficiency exam to finish my French degree (2nd foreign language requirement). My knowledge of Dutch is very practical and conversational. I'm not sure what my level is, above a beginner i think.
